Return/Exchange Policy
New/Unused full-priced merchandise may be returned at full-price in original form of purchase, or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. New/Unused sale priced merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit in the form of a gift card – except when noted otherwise at time of purchase. If refunding to the original form of payment is not possible, a refund will be given in the form of an in-store gift card. Whether or not an item is used or new is determined solely by Runners Roost Fort Collins/Rocky Mountain Multisport staff. No refunds or store credit will be provided without proof of purchase. Return postage will not be provided. All Nutrition sales are final.
Price Match Policy
We will price match exact items only – matching the manufacturer specifications. Items must be of the same model, model year, color, and size. Proof of a lower advertised price must be provided at time of purchase. No exceptions. Price matching and/or discounting is left solely to our discretion.
